SENIOR NUTRICIAN MOBILE MARKET
Weeping Willow is proud to partner with the Frankie Mae Foundation and Mecklenburg County to serve seniors in our community. We provide support through the Senior Mobile Market program.
On the first Tuesday of every month, groceries and fresh produce are distributed to eligible seniors experiencing food insecurity at Weeping Willow. This program is available at no cost to qualifying residents throughout Mecklenburg County.
Eligibility
- Mecklenburg County residents
- Age 60 and older
- Participation is free for eligible seniors

The program serves seniors through 12 locations across Mecklenburg County.

Weeping Willow is proud to partner with The Frankie Mae Foundation to serve caregivers and families in our community. The Frankie Mae Foundation is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on supporting caregivers in their essential roles. Recognizing the often-overlooked challenges they face, Frankie Mae aims to provide comprehensive services tailored to meet the unique needs of caregivers.
Village Heartbeat Inc is a 501c3 collaborative program organized to address health disparities in under-served communities through faith-based organizations. The overarching goal is to be a bridge in the community to improve health outcomes.
They partner with the public health system, hospitals and universities. They are committed to addressing chronic diseases, other health disparities, such as COVID and Mental Health, within our communities.
