    Weeping Willow AME Zion Church is a House of Worship and has been blessed with buildings and equipment for ministry and service devoted to uplifting the Kingdom of God.  The Wardell Henderson Jr. Ministry Center Usage Policy and Guidelines are set forth as a model of good stewardship and to ensure God’s dwelling is treated with respect.   Acknowledging that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that we embrace the commandment of "love thy neighbor", alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, tobacco products, weapons, gambling and profanity are prohibited.  Individuals and/or groups who request the of our facility are inherently agreeing to abide by all of the rules, procedures and guidelines set forth in the policy. Persons who fail to abide by these standards shall be asked to leave the premises immediately.

    A non-refundable deposit is required when processing your Request Form for non-church members to secure requested date. This amount will be deducted from your total facility use cost. Please contact the church office (704.532.9125) to request the deposit amount.

    In addition, a fee also is required and will be refunded at the end of the event provided the facility and equipment are in the same condition as when the group arrived.  Payment in full is expected within 30 days prior to the event date.  Make certified funds or business checks payable to Weeping Willow A.M.E. Zion Church.  (No personal checks or cash will be accepted.)

    THIS IS A SMOKE FREE – ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE FACILITY.  Please contact the ministry center office for a complete copy of the facility usage policy.
